Services

Propix Digital provides outsourced production services including photo editing, retouching, panorama stitching, spherical panorama editing, virtual tour construction, and related production support. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are confirmed through quotes, proposals, invoices, or written communication.

Quotes and Project Scope

Quotes are based on the information provided by the client. Changes in project scope, file volume, turnaround requirements, complexity, or requested revisions may affect pricing and delivery timelines.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate instructions, required access, usable source files, legal rights to submitted materials, timely feedback, and any information needed for us to complete the work.

Submitted Content

You keep ownership of content you provide to us. You grant Propix Digital permission to use, edit, process, store, and transmit submitted content only as needed to provide the requested services.

Portfolio Use

Unless you request otherwise in writing, we may reference completed work in our portfolio, website, proposals, or marketing materials. Sensitive or confidential client materials will be handled with reasonable care.

Payments

Payment terms are stated in the applicable quote, invoice, or written agreement. Work may require a deposit or full payment before delivery. Late or unpaid invoices may delay delivery, support, or future work.

Revisions

Reasonable revisions may be included when stated in the project agreement. Revision requests must relate to the original scope. New directions, additional files, or major changes may be quoted separately.

Turnaround and Delivery

We work to meet agreed timelines, but delivery can be affected by project complexity, file quality, client response time, platform availability, third-party issues, or circumstances outside our control.

Third-Party Platforms

Some services may involve third-party tools, hosting providers, software, or virtual tour platforms. We are not responsible for third-party outages, pricing changes, account restrictions, policy changes, or service interruptions.

Prohibited Use
